This mix works well in my breakfast protein smoothie - I simply add a couple of dessertspoons to a banana, some fresh blueberries, coconut flour, and shelled hemp seeds, top up with coconut water and hemp milk, and give it a whizz in a high-speed blender (e.g. Nutribullet). It's very tasty, and keeps me going without hunger pangs until lunchtime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vickie from Great value for money I use this to boost my vitamin and fibre intake. It does the job and tastes nice too unlike many other alternative products. When this is added to smoothies it thickens them up making them extra filling.

I enjoy the chia and blueberry mix on my porridge in the mornings, but I was hoping for an extra energy boost as this is what the chia seeds are getting a lot of press about and didn't notice any difference. However, will probably keep getting this as I'm getting the benefits of the antioxidants in the blueberries.
