Clean Green Protein Breakfast Smoothie

Overindulged and need a fresh start? We’ve got you covered with this smoothie. A bit of what you like and a lot of what you need to kick start your day!

No cooking, no prep, no mess. Just put it all into a blender and you’re good to go!


What you need:

• 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk

• 1 cup baby spinach

• 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• Pinch of ground cinnamon

• 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder

• 2 to 3 ice cubes


What you need to do:

It’s simple…whack all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You might need to experiment with the amount of liquid you use to get the consistency just right for you.

If you’re feeling brave, or want to mix it up day to day, swap out the spinach for kale or some other leafy greens, or try using different flavoured protein powders.

However you like it, this is going to set you up for a healthy start to any day.
