I've been using the High5 Zero tablets for over a year now and have used them when training at Judo, squash, swimming, football and running. A single tablet is perfect in 500ml water on a 10k run, or swimming and when training harder (squash or judo) I use 2 tablets. The flavours are great (not too sweet) and although there isn't a noticeable boost of energy, you realise that you can maintain your effort for longer and with more ease - in essence you have more stamina. They are that good that even my wife uses them now! They're also cheaper than most energy drinks, taste better and do more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pyproalla from Great taste, value and hydration! My husband and I go through a scary amount of these tubes so the big box provides excellent value for us. We use a whole tablet in a litre bottle to fuel a half marathon distance. I train up to 5 days a week so get few a fair few! The taste is delicate but noticeable and you know that your body is being protected by replaces the electrolytes/salt etc lost through seat. I recommend the Tropical flavour too. I couldn't go on without them. I use High5 gels during races as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Coliolli from Perfect Hydration I've been using High5 tablets for several years as a great tasting way of helping me hydrate and provide energy for by road cycling and twice weekly spin classes. They helped me cycle from London to Paris in 2015 and to complete numerous 100m+ cycling sportives. I would not do any serious exercise without them.
