HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR TRAIN TO GAIN?

Ordering online? You can sign up by adding a card to your basket. Alternatively, if you’re visiting any of our participating stores just ask a member of staff to sign up. You'll get your Train to Gain card and start collecting points straight away.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I RECEIVE?

At the moment we're offering 5 points for every £1 spent online or in store. You'll collect points on everything you purchase, whether it’s on promotion or not. The points you collect will be based on your spend that day, after any discounts have been applied.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CARD?

If you need to activate your card, simply ask a member of staff in store to do it for you, or visit the Train to Gain section of your online account and it will guide you through the process.

WHY DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE MY CARD?

Activating your card simply means that we know that the membership belongs to you. Activating your card allows us to send your cash vouchers and lets us know how you would like us to contact you. It also means that if the card is lost or stolen, we can transfer your details onto your new account so that you don't lose any points or vouchers you have collected.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REWARDS?

You'll receive cash vouchers regularly throughout the year. You will need to activate your card with a valid email address so we know where to send the vouchers to, and you'll need to collect at least 50 points to receive a voucher.

HOW CAN I SPEND MY VOUCHERS?

You can spend your cash vouchers on any product of your choice in store or online. Whether you want to stock up on your favourite product or try something new, we'll simply take the value of your voucher off your total basket spend.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY CARD?

If you lose your Train to Gain card, simply collect a replacement card next time you're in store, add a replacement card to your order online on the basket page, or call our Train to Gain team on 0370 7740 502 and we’ll get a replacement card sent out.

CAN I COLLECT POINTS IF I DON'T HAVE MY CARD WITH ME WHEN PURCHASING?

It's best to carry your Train to Gain card with you but if you forget, we'll do our best to find your card number on our system so that we can add your points to your account. Better still, download the Train to Gain app and you’ll see all of your account information right there in the palm of your hand! PLUS currently you’ll get an extra £2.50 in points added to your points balance just for downloading the app.

HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE COLLECTED?

On the bottom of your receipt we will show you how many points you collected for that purchase. You can also find out your total points balance by visiting your Account section on our website www.metrx.co.uk. Or download the app and you can check your points balance whenever and wherever you want!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

You can update your details online by signing in to your account, going to account overview and edit my details.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY DATA?

Your privacy is very important to us, that’s why we'll take great care with any personal information you share with us and will never release these details to any company outside of the NBTY Group.

However, we would like to use the information you share with us to keep you up to date with the range of products and services we offer and to help make shopping with us easier. This includes news of events, promotions, offers, product launches and special activity relating to your Train to Gain membership.

We are constantly looking to improve our business and the service we offer so from time to time we may contact you to get your feedback or for research purposes. However, we will always give you the option of how you want to be contacted and if you do not wish to be contacted by us, we will respect this.

We will continue to send you your cash voucher even if you choose not to receive any other information from us.
