Pulsin Soya Protein 1kg is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stuff! After much trawling through protein powders on the internet, I decided to give this one a go, as it offers the highest protein ratio in 10g (9g of protein) of product of all the Pulsin' powders. I bought the small size to start with, to see if we got on with it, then this size as they're better value. It dissolves brilliantly in my morning banana milkshake, and I also stir it into muesli and use in baking. It is flavourless so is great to use in sweet and savoury. We're a vegetarian family with three rapidly growing teenagers and I wanted to up their protein intake. I'm also very active and participate in lots of sport so felt it could only be a good thing for us all. I'll keep buying this, I've been really impressed with it. Highly recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looked great in writing, but the taste is abysmal I bought this for the good protein content and it being vegan, but I cannot find a way to make this work. If it had no flavour I could deal with it. But the chalky, stick to the back of your throat, empower everything flavour makes me want to gag. I've tried it in porridge, in smoothies, in water - disgusting. I have tried masking it with sugar, agave syrup, maple syrup, berries, flavoured milk - still disgusting. I'm going to have to throw it out, I can't force it down anymore!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it I bought the 250g pack to try it out and i am super impressed. I like that it doesn't have a strong taste so it blends well in my smoothie. The best thing for me however is that when i use it i don't feel like I'm consuming alot of calories like other protein powders i used in the past . It's also dairy free.Definitely recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Soya Protein I've tried After realising I couldn't tolerate whey protein, I've been searching for a decent dairy free alternative. I've tried loads of them and generally, they've all tasted unpleasant, not mixed well and had a chalky texture. Some have been so bad that I couldn't even use them (pulsin pea protein and the 90% soya protein were the worst). This is by far the best one I've tried. It mixes really well with water (add water too it though) and the texture is pretty good. I haven't tasted it on it's own as I use a flavouring that I bought from another protein company but with the flavouring, it tastes great. It does have an after taste but I think that's just soya protein and you do get used to it. I also make protein bars with this and it's great for that too. This is also one of the few powders I've found that uses non GM soya and is soya isolate. Which were 2 key things for me. My main goal is to be lean and use powders to help me stick to a higher protein diet, so I can't speak for it's performance for those trying to really build muscle but I definitely have no complaints with how it's worked with me. The price is quite steep though and I have found it a lot cheaper elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Taste like chalk and doesn't mix well I was looking forward to trying the Pea but it was sold out so tried Soya. It taste horrible, really struggle to get it down. It has a chalky, gritty texture and doesn't mix well AT ALL. I tried water, milk and smoothies - none have worked. Definitely a regrettable buy.
